Core production facilities and capabilities

1. Injection molding workshop

- Production of plastic housings, connector parts, support for high-precision molds and quick mold changes.

2. Wire workshop

- Cable cutting, stripping, tinning and other processing to meet the needs of customized wiring harnesses.

3. SMT placement workshop

- Surface mount technology (SMT) is used in PCB assembly to support high-density electronic component placement.

4. Aging Room & Laboratory

- Product durability testing (e.g. high/low temperature cycling, vibration testing), electrical performance testing (turn-on, insulation, etc.) to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g. ISO9001/IATF 16949).

5. Assembly line scale

- 30 assembly lines: with flexible production capacity, it can handle multi-category orders at the same time, with a monthly production capacity of millions of pieces.
