College degree or above, with more than 5 years experience in technical management (automotive wiring harness), with practical experience in project development and management;

College degree or above, more than 5 years of quality work experience, including more than 2 years of quality management experience, understand automotive wiring harness, connector process and have the ability to improve;

College degree or above, familiar with CAD\CREO, finite element analysis is preferred; 3-5 years experience in product structure design; Automotive parts product design experience is preferred; Experience in lithium battery industry is preferred;

High school or above, familiar with mold structure of connector related products, proficient in CAD, PYO/E software, more than 5 years of connector mold design experience, can solve mold problems independently;

College degree or above, CET-4 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with customers proficiently; Familiar with automotive wiring harness industry, more than 2 years of foreign trade sales experience, automotive wiring harness industry experience is preferred;

18-38 years old, male or female, junior high school or above, can listen and speak Mandarin; Hard-working, healthy;
